Veterans Day: Honoring Veterans and Their Families
To our Veterans and their families, I would like to wish you a great Veterans Day and thank your service to our country!
Regardless of how many years, months, or days ago you served, your willingness to put the greater good of our Nation first speaks volumes and is what makes us strong!
I also want to take a moment to thank the many service providers who continue to make Washington the most Veteran Ready State.
Each day, YOUR State Department of Veterans Affairs works to connect all veterans and their families to the benefits earned through their military service. There is no way our agency could do this without the fantastic friends, partners, and advocates we have in our State.
Wherever you are this Veterans Day, please allow me to thank you for your service and encourage you to continue helping us bring home our vets who are yet to claim their earned benefits.
