Weeks Funeral Homes and a few other groups are hosting a “Veteran and Volunteer Appreciation Luncheon” on Thursday, Nov. 6th, from 11:30 am until 1:30 pm. It’s at Edline-Yahn & Covington Funeral Chapel at 27221 – 156th Ave. S.E. in Covington. Free lunch and beverages, some small group jazz entertainment, speeches by Dave Reichert and Charlie Scoma (see the poster), chances to visit, and even a ring toss to benefit our Support Group will be enjoyed by all.
