Check In with those Who Are Checking In

“Let’s Take a Moment” Buddy Check

A simple check‑in can be life‑changing. Let’s take a moment today to reach out to a buddy, coworker, or someone who quietly carries the weight of supporting others. #YouMatter — and the people you check on matter too. If someone you know is struggling, connect them with trusted mental health providers and suicide prevention resources. A conversation can be the first step toward hope.

Supporting Those Who Support Others

Caregivers and frontline helpers need care too. This Suicide Prevention Month, we’re reminding everyone who works with people in crisis: #YouMatter. Reach out to those who reach out. Check in with colleagues, peer support specialists, clinicians, and anyone who shows up for others every day. A quick “How are you holding up?” can make a real difference.

Buddy Check + Resource Awareness

Awareness + connection saves lives. Let’s take a moment for a Buddy Check. Send a message. Make the call. Share a resource. #YouMatter — and your outreach might be exactly what someone needs today. Mental health providers and suicide prevention partners are here to help whenever someone is ready.

You Matter, Your Voice Matters

Encouragement can interrupt isolation. During Suicide Prevention Month, pause and remind someone: #YouMatter. Your voice, your presence, your support can help someone feel seen. Reach out to those who work with individuals in crisis — they carry heavy stories and deserve care too. Let’s take a moment together.

Community Care

Prevention is a community effort. Suicide prevention isn’t just about responding in crisis — it’s about connection. Let’s take a moment to check in with the people who support our communities every day. #YouMatter. Your wellbeing matters. Share resources, encourage conversations, and remind someone they’re not alone.
