Kelly Hillman

Kelly Hillman  joined WDVA as the Director of Strategy and Performance in May 2024.

Kelly began her public service journey at the Department of Licensing after several years, transitioned to the Department of Labor and Industries. She’s navigated through various roles within the agency such as a Staff Consultant, and Chief Learning Officer. With a professional background in behavioral science, organization development and adult learning, Kelly's knowledge and experience guides her as the Chief Learning Officer. Her scope encompasses advising and coaching leadership and teams on learning & growth, equity & belonging, strategy formulation, organizational change, accountability structures, conflict resolution mechanisms, and fostering effective communication channels.

Residing in Olympia alongside her husband Ed and their beloved pup Ellie Mae, they enjoy the Pacific Northwest outdoors, motor sports, baseball, football and traveling.  Kelly takes immense pride in her role as a mother to three accomplished young men.

Kelly is thrilled to join WDVA team and looking forward to contributing to our mission!
