Bridgette Agpaoa Ryder (she, her, hers) is dedicated to health, employment, and educational justice. As a military family member, Filipina/Mestiza, and the first in the family to graduate from community college, she recognizes that communities continue to face structural barriers. She has worked in multiple health and human services systems over the past 25+ years. Bridgette is committed to centering an individual's experience, skills, assets, and needs. Bridgette uses multiple therapies based on individual interests and therapeutic needs. A few professional practices include - Person-Centered, Strength-Based, Cognitive/Behavioral Therapies, Mindfulness-Based Techniques, Family Systems Therapy, and Intercultural Identity Development.
