Solomon Gilbert

Solomon is a U.S. Army Veteran with over 21 years of leadership and management experience, including enterprise-level supervision of staff across a large geographic region.  Solomon comes to us from the non-profit sector as the Senior Vice President, Chief People Officer, prior roles include Human Resources Administrator, Human Resources Operations Management.

Solomon has been married to his wife Naomi, also a US Army veteran, for 22 years. They share two daughters, who are in college.  In addition, they are also parents to three dogs and a cat.  Solomon values family and community, ensuring that everything he does in his personal and professional life is reflective of his values.

Solomon has a Master’s in Arts, Organizational Leadership, Bachelor’s in science, Management, and is a Certified Diversity Executive.
