Hot August Night Recap – Washington Soldiers Home, August 26, 2025
Residents, Veterans, families, and community members came together at the Washington Soldiers Home in Orting, WA for Hot August Night—a lively summer celebration filled with music, camaraderie, and local pride.
Held on Tuesday, August 26 from 4:30 PM to 7:30 PM, the event transformed the campus grounds into a vibrant gathering space. Attendees enjoyed:
- Showcases from local car and motorcycle groups
- Displays of military vehicles
- Music at the WSH Gazebo by Entertainment Masters
- Certified Veteran-Owned food trucks serving BBQ, Kona Ice, and ice cream
- Volunteer recognition and Best in Car Show award
