This site was created by the state's Workforce Training and Education Coordinating Board, a partnership of business, labor, and government dedicated to helping Washington residents prepare for and land living-wage jobs, while meeting employers' needs for skilled workers.

The Washington Student Achievement Council (WSAC) is a nine-member council supported by a cabinet-level state agency. By statute, the Council provides strategic planning, oversight, advocacy, and program administration to support increased student success and higher levels of educational attainment in Washington.

The Washington State Board for Community and Technical Colleges advocates, coordinates and directs Washington state’s system of 34 public community and technical colleges.
