Governor Inslee has proclaimed March 29, 2016 as Vietnam Veterans Day
WHEREAS, March 29, 1973 marked the end of U.S. involvement in the Vietnam conflict, after
more than a decade of combat; and
WHEREAS, more than 3 million men and women served in Vietnam and more than 58,000 laid
down their lives in service to our Nation;
