WDVA Signs Memo of Agreement with Snoqualmie Indian Tribe

On November 4, 2020 your Washington Department of Veterans Affairs signed a memorandum of agreement with the Snoqualmie Indian Tribe which allows WDVA and the Snoqualmie Indian Tribe to partner on providing veterans’ benefits and disability claims assistance to veterans and their family members.

Under this agreement WDVA will extend its Veteran Service Officer training, accreditation, and technical assistance to the Tribal Veterans Representative for the Snoqualmie Indian Tribe in order to improve access to these benefits.

WDVA is committed to serving all veterans and their families in a culturally appropriate manner including the approximately 5,000 American Indian and Alaska Native veterans in Washington.
