Sponsorships help reduce overall conference costs while supporting an event dedicated to strengthening services for Service members, Veterans, and their Families. Organizations can participate at various levels—from in‑kind media promotion to sponsored refreshments, networking events, and conference meals—each offering meaningful visibility and engagement opportunities. Sponsors not only gain recognition throughout the conference but also play a vital role in fostering a collaborative, community‑centered event.

*The Conference Planning Committee will evaluate each application for the applicant’s nexus to Veteran services and proximity to the event

The Serving Those Who Served Conference is a two-day, Veterans resource providers’ conference aimed at establishing better collaboration and connection, as well as providing a wealth of knowledge from industry experts in areas that impact the lives of our Veterans and their families.

This conference provides collaboration with professionals from a variety of state agencies and community partners from across the state and will include breakout sessions surrounding arts, employment, Veterans benefits, and wellness. 

The conference intends to foster meaningful engagement with professionals from a wide range of state agencies and community partners across Washington State.
