Organizations can participate at various levels—from in‑kind media promotion to sponsored refreshments, networking events, and conference meals—each offering meaningful visibility and engagement opportunities. Sponsors not only gain recognition throughout the conference but also play a vital role in fostering a collaborative, community‑centered event.

The Serving Those Who Served Conference is a two-day, Veterans resource providers’ conference aimed at establishing better collaboration and connection, as well as providing a wealth of knowledge from industry experts in areas that impact the lives of our Veterans and their families.
This conference provides collaboration with professionals from a variety of state agencies and community partners from across the state and will include breakout sessions surround arts, employment, Veterans benefits, and wellness.
The conference intends to foster meaningful engagement with professionals from a wide range of state agencies and community partners across Washington State.

Hotel Accommodations
Hotel Reservation Information: The STWS Conference Committee has secured a room block at the Coast Wenatchee Hotel.
It is important to reference the 'Serving Those Who Served Conference' to receive the group rate. Reservations may be made directly at the hotel by calling (509) 662-1234.
Onsite parking will be provided for hotel guests at no charge and include unlimited in and out privileges.
*The deadline to reserve a room at the government rate is August 5, 2026.

Resource Tables
We are pleased to invite organizations to apply to host a resource table at the upcoming Serving Those Who Served Conference in Wenatchee—an event focused on honoring and supporting veterans, service members, and their families across Washington State. This is an excellent opportunity to share your programs, services, and resources directly with attendees, build connections with other veteran-serving organizations, and demonstrate your commitment to those who have served.
*If you register as a resource table, each individual staff member for your resource table must register for the STWS Conference.
