MISSION – The Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation (CTUIR) and Washington State Department of Veterans Affairs (WDVA) signed a memorandum of agreement (MOA) on April 16 allowing the CTUIR’s Veterans Services to seek federal accreditation under the WDVA.
